We collect information you provide directly to us when you request a trial license, communicate with our support desk, or buy licensing keys for HotelSync. This includes your business name, contact details, email addresses, phone numbers, and invoice information.
We use the information we collect to verify licensing, issue key activations, process transactional invoicing, deliver daily whatsapp reporting configurations, and provide responsive technical support diagnostics.
HotelSync is a local desktop application PMS. Your guest logs, occupancy files, financial ledgers, and table orders are stored strictly on your local computer hard drives or within your own private Local Area Network (LAN) server database. NetBots (SMC Private) Limited does not upload, copy, or monitor your guest entries or local accounting data. Your data privacy is 100% under your local control.
